This is my transfer of the World's Greatest Music Records 78 rpm Album Set: Debussy "Afternoon Of A Faun," "Clouds," and "Festivals," comprising of record releases SR-17-18-19; recorded and issued in 1938. I happened to get a complete set in great condition. This is likely my best transfer/restoration of a 78 rpm shellac record to date- the surface noise in this video is nearly inaudible with virtually no compromise to the reproduction of the original recording. I am proud of this one.

From Discogs concerning the World's Greatest Music record label: "This U.S. label was produced by an unknown manufacturer for Music Appreciation Products, Inc. several label varieties were produced, starting in 1938..."

Mainspring Press published an article in 2017 identifying the various orchestras and conductors used by RCA Victor recording staff for these releases. A link to where the article can be found is https://78records.wordpress.com/2017/.... See also https://www.stokowski.org/Fritz_Reine....

Fritz Reiner was the conductor of this orchestra, according to the sources listed above. Below are scans of the four-page booklet that came with the original set.
